Boa, who had spent nearly eight years with WWE, was also let go on Friday.

WWE revealed a list of 11 NXT cuts on Friday afternoon. Former NXT Cruiserweight champion Drew Gulak was the most notable name.

Fightful reported the same list, except for Gulak and Boa. PWInsider reported Gulak, but not Boa.

Gulak was recently criticized after former WWE star Ronda Rousey accused him of pulling the string on sweatpants that she was wearing at an event.

Gulak claimed it was an accident, and later it was reported that WWE had investigated the claim. Gulak was removed last month from the opening video of NXT, where he had been competing with the No Quarter Catch Crew.

He was a part of WWE from 2017, and he competed mainly on the 205 Live show, as well as making some appearances in Raw and Main Event. After being cut from WWE in May 2020, he returned quickly.

He remained in the main roster until January 2023, when he moved to NXT. His last match was in March this year.

The 37-year old held the Cruiserweight Title for more than 100 days during the summer of 2019. He was also a multiple-time winner of the now defunct 24/7 title.

Here’s a list of all the names released, including several from the recent Next Gen Series on The Roku Channel.

Boa: The former Yanbo Wang signed with WWE in September 2016 after a tryout in Shanghai. He last wrestled in December 2023.

Vlad Pavlenko: The former track star was part of the spring 2023 PC class. He never wrestled a match.

Valentina Feroz: The former Rita Reis was part of NXT since December 2019. She hasn’t wrestled since December 2023.

Trey Bearhill: The former Triller Bucktrot is a former college football player that wrestled 17 matches from March 2023 through March 2024.

Kiyah Saint: The former Harleigh White debuted in May 2023 and wrestled 13 matches, last competing in April 2024.

Julian Baldi: Baldi said he had signed last month. He never wrestled a match and was part of the Next Gen series.

Emma Diaz: The former rugby player wrestled just three times from October 2023 through April 2024. She was also part of Next Gen.

Darrell Mason: The former amateur wrestler never wrestled a match.

Keyshawn LeFlore: The former college gymnast never wrestled a match.

Ezekiel Balogun: The former college basketball player was part of the spring 2023 class and never wrestled a match.

It’s the second round of cuts in as many months as several main roster wrestlers were released in April that included Jinder Mahal and Xia Li.
